Kunal’s primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, and controlling all financial-related activities for Global. These activities include accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, jobcosting, legal evaluations, program deal analysis and negotiations, and institutional financing.

Under Kunal’s leadership, his team manages and directs all significant aspects of Global’s short and long term strategic financial objectives, provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. His team develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive job cost system. He advises executive management on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. In addition, Kunal manages process for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting for the Company. He also provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
